  • Shipping What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered? expand the areaCollapse the area If you are not home to receive your order:
    Standard Delivery
    Our delivery person will leave a parcel collection card announcing the date and time of the delivery attempt. Your order(s) will then be delivered to your local post office where you can collect it using your parcel collection card.
    Express Delivery
    We try to provide ample notice of delivery and an estimated delivery time via SMS if you elect to include a valid Australian mobile number during checkout. If, however, you are not home to receive the delivery a parcel collection card announcing the date and time of the delivery attempt will be left at the delivery address. Your order(s) will then be delivered to your local post office where you can collect it using your parcel collection card.

  • Orders I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I add it to my pending order or must I place a second order? expand the areaCollapse the area We start processing your order as soon as you've placed it so you get your items sooner. However that also means you can't change that order. Please create a new order instead.

  • Festive Season Delivery Information Are there any changes during the Festive Season for delivery? expand the areaCollapse the area

    The Samsung Shop will be open for purchasing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the Festive Season.

  • Shipping What postcodes are eligible for express shipping? expand the areaCollapse the area Express shipping is available for metropolitan areas of Australia. To view the list of postcodes eligible for express shipping (next business day delivery if ordered before 2pm AEST) please check here.

    How to choose Express Shipping:

    - check your postcode is eilgible for express shipping;
    - place your order by 2pm on Monday to Thursday (excludes public holidays);
    - select Express Delivery during checkout;
    - your order will be delivered the next business day.

    Please note: Ordering before 2pm on a Friday means your item will be delivered the following Monday. Excludes public holidays.

    Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: products may come with certain guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
