10 Pre-Orders I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge, however the Bonus Gear VR is not appearing on my order confirmation. Will I still receive it with my delivery?
Yes, all Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge pre-orders received on or prior to the 10th March purchased through the Samsung Online store will receive the bonus Gear VR with your purchase.

9 Pre-Orders Will I be notified once my S7 or S7 Edge pre-order ships out?
Yes, Samsung will send a text message to the mobile number entered during the checkout process. You can check the status of the shipment by clicking on the link within the text message.

8 Pre-Orders I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S7, however I have changed my mind and would like to order the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, can I update my pre-order?

Unfortunately you'll need to cancel your order for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and place a new order for the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Payment is taken during the checkout process when you pay for your order. The order number that appears on the confirmation screen indicates payment has been successfully processed.

4 Products Why can't I buy X product (eg: TV/Printer/Fridge) from Samsung.com?
We currently stock Smartphones, Tablets, Cameras, Wearable and their accessories in the Online Shop.

If you can't find an item in the Online Shop, check the product page on Samsung.com and click the "Where to Buy" option if available.

3 Pre-Orders When is payment taken for my Pre-Order?
Payment is taken upfront during the checkout process when you pay for your order. The order number that appears on the confirmation screen indicates payment has been successfully processed.

2 Pre-Orders Can I add additional items to my pre-order?
Once you have placed your order, you are unable to modify it.  Samsung offers free freight on all our online orders. Simply place a new order for the additional products that you require.

1 Pre-Orders How can I tell if my Pre-Order has been successful?
The order number that appears on the confirmation screen indicates that your order has been successful.

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your junk email or spam folder. 

Alternatively, log in to your Samsung Account to check your order summary. If you do not have a Samsung account, you can contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 362 603. Our phone lines are open 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm AEDT.
